You have a 14-day window from when you receive your order to initiate a return.
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Centre.
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Sale items are final and non-refundable.
For eligible refunds, we kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.If you are returning items internationally, please make sure to mark the item as 'returned goods' to avoid additional charges.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund for items that have their tags attached and are unworn.
It is important to note that this refund will not include the original shipping fees. Damaged returns, unfortunately, cannot be refunded and will be returned to you at your own cost.
In the event of a defective item or a mistake on our part, we are here to assist you. We offer replacements or refunds for such cases. Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues.
While we take every measure to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be held responsible for issues arising after the delivery is completed. If a package is lost in transit, we will work to provide a resolution with a replacement or refund, but please understand that our responsibility ends upon proof of delivery.
Lastly, If you choose to refuse a delivery due to custom charges, please be aware that additional charges will be deducted from your refund.

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please place return the item purchased and place another order on our website.

We offer refunds for full priced items as long as they are sent back within the return window (14 days from delivery).
Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs.
